Further more the 'CCTV CODE OF PRACTICE' as set out by the 'INFORMATION COMMISSIONER' advises that your CCTV system:

1) 'Has a regular maintenance regime set up to ensure that the system continues to produce high quality images'

2) There is a regular check that the date and time stamp recorded on the images is accurate

3) That you require signs in place informing people that CCTV is in operation.

4) That your signs convey the appropriate information.
